Welcome to Toolza! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Toolza mobile application (the "Service") operated by Webskr ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Account Creation

By creating an account in the Toolza application, you agree to provide accurate registration details (such as your email address) and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium Access: Certain advanced features and services require a paid subscription (Monthly Pro or Annual Pro). All subscription billing and processing are handled securely through the Google Play Store billing library and managed via RevenueCat.

Refunds: Subscription cancellations, payment disputes, and refund requests are subject to the Google Play Store refund policies and guidelines.

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to abuse, compromise, or disrupt the utilities provided inside the Toolza app. You also agree not to reverse engineer the application or use our services to facilitate any illegal or unauthorized activities.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent transactions, or abuse our database services.
