Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for subscribing to Toolza! We aim to provide high-quality productivity utilities, secure notes sync, and database storage to make your daily tasks seamless.
1. Digital Services & No-Refund Policy
Toolza provides intangible, digital subscription services (Monthly Pro and Annual Pro plans) which include immediate access to premium features, widgets, cloud backup sync, and dedicated server storage space.
Because these services are active immediately upon purchase and directly consume cloud database resources and hosting capacity, all purchases and subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Toolza subscription at any time. When you cancel, the following terms apply:
- Your current subscription status will remain active, and you will continue to have access to all premium Pro features until the end of your current billing period (the end of the month or year).
- No recurring charges will be made to your account once cancelled.
- We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for the remaining unused days of a subscription cycle.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
All subscriptions are billed and managed securely through the Google Play Store billing platform. You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps on your Android device:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Payments & subscriptions, then click Subscriptions.
- Find and select Toolza, and tap Cancel subscription.
